Therapeutic Practice
La Mentalità
Magdalena Nowicka
A space to pause and understand yourself more clearly.
A therapeutic practice combining a cognitive-behavioural approach with philosophical reflection, supporting deeper self-understanding, emotional clarity and more conscious decisions.
Award Runner-Up at Centre of Excellence Awards 2021 (UK).
La Mentalità is a therapeutic practice that is both open and safe.
It is a space for people who want to better understand themselves, their thoughts and emotions, and make more conscious decisions.
Who am I?
I am a therapist working within the cognitive-behavioural approach.
In my work, I combine CBT methods with philosophical reflection, an existential perspective and an individual approach to the therapeutic process.
What can I offer you?
I provide 1:1 therapy for adults.
Sessions are available in English and Polish.
I support people dealing with stress, difficult emotions, change, uncertainity and important personal or professional decisions.
Support for neurodivergent individuals
A significant part of my current practice involves supporting neurodivergent individuals, who recognise traits of ADHD, ASD or a mixed neurodevelopmental profile in themselves.
This work is grounded in my therapeutic experience with neurodivergent people and focuses on better understanding one’s way of functioning, overload, masking, emotional and sensory regulation, as well as finding more supportive solutions in everyday life, relationships and work.
