Therapeutic approach

Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an approach that helps to better understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

In our work, we focus on recognising established patterns of thinking and gradually introducing changes that support greater balance and a stronger sense of influence over one’s own life.

An individual process of healing

Each person and each situation is different. For this reason, the therapeutic process is always adapted to individual needs, experiences, and pace.

The aim is to find a way of working that genuinely supports change and personal development.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) combines cognitive therapy tools with attention to present-moment experience.

It supports the ability to notice thoughts and emotions without automatically reacting to them, which is especially helpful in managing stress and tension.

Philosophical perspective

In my therapeutic work, I also draw on philosophical reflection, which allows for a deeper understanding of beliefs, values, and ways of perceiving oneself and the world.

This perspective supports greater self-awareness and helps in making more coherent, conscious decisions.
