Relevant legal framework
In the following, La Mentalità refers to the legal framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (Art.6 abs. 1p. 1 lit. a RODO in Poland), on the basis of which the personal data are processed.
Means are taken to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical and electronic access to the data, as well as access to, entry, disclosure, securing availability, and separation.
Data processing in third countries
La Mentalità doesn't process data in third countries (i.e. outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA).

The data are delated after expiry of legal warranty and comparable obligations.
Confidentiality
The only condition when a therapist may disclose a private information without patient’s consent is in order to protect the patient or the public from serious harm, or upon direct prosecution or court’s order.
